How are the Verified Reviews collected?

Verified Reviews is a trusted third party chosen by Sisley to collect reviews of the experience on the website and the products following a purchase on the Sisley-Paris website. 

Following an order on the Sisley-Paris websiite, consumers receive an email sent by Verified Reviews inviting them to comment and rate their experience on the website and the products ordered. 

These ratings and reviews will be collected by Verified Reviews and posted on the Sisley-Paris website after moderation to avoid the publication of reviews in the following cases: 

- The review left is considered defamatory. 

- The rating does not match the comment. 

- The textual content includes random characters or is badly written to the point of being unintelligible. 

- The descriptive elements of the consumption experience have not been provided. 

- Review identified as being intended to bias the average of a product or a company. 

- The content is unrelated to the subject rated. 

- The textual content includes personal information or other information that may lead to identity theft: the surname or first name of individuals who are not public persons, a telephone number, a precise physical address or email address, credit card number, social security number, bank account number or any other information that could lead to identity theft. 

- The textual content is encouraging purchase from a competitor. 

- The textual content indicates that the Consumer has not completed their consumption experience. 

- The review manager believes that their civil or criminal liability may be incurred. 

- The content of the review is illegal (profanity, abusive terms, of a sexual nature, homophobic, racist, antisemitic, etc.) 

- The attributes of the review contain definite elements of conflicts of interest. 

- A consumer is making an inappropriate comment about other content or its author. 

- The textual content is clearly spam or mentions websites, urls including those of the customer or the manufacturer. 

- Textual content includes a call for legal action. 

- The customer has expressed in writing their wish to revise their review. 

The reviews and overall average of the products will be posted on the product sheets of the website. The reviews and overall average for the website will be displayed on the Verified Reviews website for Sisley. The overall average will also be displayed in the footer of the Sisley-Paris website. 

Sisley-Paris has the option to respond to every review received.
